Shipping policy

Thank you for your order! Cybergear works diligently to accurately ship all orders as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email from Cybergear within an hour of placing your order (check your spam box if necessary). At this point, we have your order prioritized in the processing queue. Small packages typically ship within 1 business day of ordering. During holidays or promotional sale times, order processing may be delayed based on volume. Rest assured, your order is very important to us and we do everything possible to process and ship your order accurately and as quickly as possible! Once your order is processed, a confirming email with tracking number(s) will be emailed to you. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to register and show delivery status updates, depending on the carrier. Occasionally, the carrier will be delayed in updating status.


All of our orders are shipped via USPS (2-7 business days for transit), FEDEX Ground (2-7 days for transit), or UPS (2-days days for transit). All shipments have a tracking number with the respective shipping carrier. The shipping & handling fee is based flat rate, and calculated during checkout of your order. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or it will be disclosed in the product description upon purchase.


The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon tender to the carrier. Cybergear will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked "delivered" shipments after your order is picked up from our warehouse and in possession of the shipping carrier.


If your package arrives with substantial damage to the outside packaging, you must take clear photos and submit the images to Cybergear Customer Service: support@cybergearco.com within 72 hours of receiving your package for our records. Keep these photos, as you will need them to file a claim with the shipping courier.


If the contents inside are damaged, you will need to open and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once the product leaves our warehouses, Cybergear is not liable for any damages during transit.  Successful freight carrier claim replacement parts will be limited to replacing the actual damaged component, not the entire shipment, kit, or assembly.  


Certain orders over $450 require a signature upon delivery.

 

1.What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship by default to the USA and Canada.

For shipping to other regions, please contact us at info@cybergearco.com to check availability.

 

The following regions are excluded from the free shipping promotion:

Orders to the above regions will be charged a preliminary shipping fee of $100–$200 at checkout.

We’ll confirm the actual shipping cost via email and adjust the charge accordingly—any difference will be refunded or invoiced.

 

2.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

3.Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email: support@cybergearco.com , we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather, limited flight caused by and so on, which is really unpredictable. Thanks for your understanding and support.

 

4.Warehouse Location:

Our Warehouse is located in California.

 

5.Tracking:

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

6.High-Risk Orders:

High-risk orders may be held for 1-5 days while we confirm details with the buyer or cancel the order if necessary.
